I'm Jenny, and my wellness journey began with my own battles with stress and self-doubt. As a half-Chinese Belgian coach with over two decades of experience, I've transformed not only my own life but hundreds of others through personalized fitness coaching as a holistic wellness coach.

I bring over two decades of experience to my teaching, blending traditional yoga techniques with dynamic personal training methods.
