How Online Workshops Work

1. Choose Your Workshop: Let me know what kind of workshop you're interested in. You can suggest a focus area (e.g., Morning Energy, Core Strength, Restorative Yoga), or I can provide personalized options based on your goals.

2.  Secure Your Spot: Once we finalize the workshop details and the payment, you'll receive a confirmation email with a private link to my easy-to-use platform (e.g., Google Meet/ Zoom.​​

3. Join from Anywhere: Set up your mat in a quiet space at the scheduled time. All you need is an internet-connected device.

4. Engage & Transform: Participate in the live, interactive session. Ask questions, get real-time feedback, and connect with a like-minded community.
