Jenny demonstrated to me how I could re-align my body, to strengthen specific muscles and move differently. In 2019 /2020 I was looking for a personal trainer to help me to reshape myself physically including stretching, cardio vascular related exercises and also later on helped me to breathe properly after a long spell of Pneumonia and taken whole lots of antibiotics for a few month in the 1st half of 2025 . And also doing more and more stretching exercises to help my golf . I was able to communicate very effectively with Jenny to ensure what I needed from our sessions which average about 8 to 10 sessions a month since 2020 I believe . As one gets older , I was becoming more flexible and actually helped me to becoming fitter , also helped a great deal last year , when I was trying to clear of by bacterial infection. The sessions always focused on my most urgent needs and which has helped me enormously to becoming fitter , more agile and always taking into account of my weakest links as well as my needs in 2 or 3 months time ( eg , going on ski trips may require more specific exercises ) at times to ensure I tread carefully with the right exercises and regime .  I would always recommend some of my friends to Jenny . Our beloved Frenchie is also a regular in our weekly sessions !

II started working out many years ago, but didn't seem to get any results physically. There was a time where I injured my shoulders due to bad form and it affected my work as a violin teacher. After some sessions with Jenny where she taught me how to exercise my shoulders properly and regain my shoulder flexibility. My shoulders were in a lot of pain before and it was even difficult to raise my arms and even do simple movements like wearing a jacket. My shoulders are now pain free and almost back to normal. Now I could play the violin again and continue my strength training. I was carrying extra body fat. I had plateaued with my running averaging 30K a week. Weight training similarly was a bit stagnant. I have known Jenny a long time and have always been impressed with her dedication to fitness and her general philosophies. Now with Jenny’s help I have changed my running routine increasing distance to about 50K a week at varying tempo. Similarly with weights have brought a lot more variety into the workout. Jenny’s has also overhauled my diet and eating habits, which are much cleaner and we have introduced some intermittent fasting. Wow I've had big changes. My running is much stronger have improved pace and endurance. Weights am enjoying my routine much more, and with the dietary and supplement advice am lifting at least 25% weight and have seen a reduction in body fat and some muscle gain and definition. Sessions with Jenny’s for me are fun and energetic. With Jenny taking the time to prepare before each workout. Never a dull moment:) . I absolutely would recommend Jenny, anyone who is think or feeling they need a change. I have up till now over the past two years mainly focused the physical and am now exploring some meditation and yoga. Already feeling benefits of flexibility and a calmer outlook.
